Dr. Garima Gautam
Public Health Specialist | Program Management | Capacity Building|Nutrition
Dr. Garima Gautam is a skilled public health professional with over 8 years of experience in strengthening health systems and managing programs across maternal and child health, nutrition, immunization, and communicable diseases. She has led key initiatives with organizations like IHAT and TCI Foundation, including district-level RMNCH+N interventions and the successful rollout of the USAID-supported COVID-19 vaccination campaign across 18 Indian states.
A Gold Medalist in MPH, Dr. Gautam brings expertise in behavior change communication, digital health platforms, capacity building, and stakeholder coordination. Her background in dentistry and public health uniquely positions her to drive impactful, community-centered health solutions.
Mr.Arun Vashist is a committed and experienced development professional with over 10 years of multidisciplinary experience across public health, rural development, agriculture, WASH, and environmental sustainability. He has worked extensively with government bodies, NGOs, and international organizations to design, implement, and monitor impactful programs. His leadership in projects like Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) under the National TB Elimination Program, stubble burning mitigation in Punjab, and the Jal Jeevan Mission has demonstrated measurable success in improving service delivery and community well-being.
Mr.Arun holds Master’s degrees in Sociology and Rural Development, alongside qualifications in Law (LL.B.), Computer Applications (BCA), and multiple certifications in GIS, planning, and development. His professional journey includes roles with SPYM, The Union, WASH Institute, Asar Social Impact, and the State Institute of Rural Development, Punjab. With strong skills in capacity building, program monitoring, behavior change communication, and data analysis, Arun has trained over 10,000 stakeholders and conducted 400+ gram sabhas. He is recognized as a Certified Master Resource Person by NIRD&PR.
Known for his dedication, field-level insight, and collaborative approach, Mr.Arun continues to contribute to inclusive, evidence-based rural and public health development.
