Arun Vashist Advocate (Director)

Development professional with over 10+ years of experience in legal, MSME, WASH, DBT & finance, health, education, agriculture, and rural development. Worked with SPYM, the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease, and Punjab Agro. Holds a Master's in Sociology and Rural Development, LL.B., and a BCA, along with certifications in Cyber Law, Urban Planning, and GIS. Achievements include conducting 200 Gram Sabha meetings and training over 10,000 participants. Recognized as a Certified Master Resource Person by NIRD&PR.

Dr. Garima Gautam (Director)

A skilled public health professional with over 8+ years of experience in enhancing health systems and managing programs in maternal and child health, nutrition, immunization, and communicable diseases. She has led initiatives with IHAT and TCI Foundation, including district-level RMNCH+N interventions and the USAID-supported project COVID-19 vaccination campaign across 18 Indian states. A Gold Medalist in MPH, she specializes in behaviour change communication, digital health platforms, and stakeholder coordination, with a background in dentistry.
